Closed System sampling and analysis

London’s H2O carries out closed system sampling in full compliance with BS 8552 and domestic system sampling in accordance with BS 8554, utilising independent UKAS-accredited laboratories.

We provide detailed analysis and reporting to establish the current condition of systems and to identify any risks associated with both existing and newly installed installations.

Water Treatment Consultancy & Advice

London’s H2O provides expert consultancy to witness and validate pre-commissioning cleaning activities, including independent sampling to ensure compliance with BSRIA guidance parameters. We also offer impartial advice on water treatment issues in both new and existing installations, developing detailed treatment plans to restore systems to optimal condition.

Seasonal Commissioning

London’s H2O provides full management and delivery of seasonal commissioning services in strict accordance with BSRIA BG44/2013. Our approach ensures building systems are thoroughly tested and optimised under varying seasonal conditions, providing verified performance, compliance, and long-term efficiency.

Environmental Testing

London’s H2O offers a complete environmental testing service, from the preparation of tailored testing proposals and agendas through to the full management and execution of works. Our capabilities include the provision of artificial loads, deployment of logging equipment, and comprehensive data capture. All findings are collated and presented in high-level detailed reports, providing clients with clear, accurate, and actionable results.

HSE L8 Legionella Risk Assessments

London’s H2O provides full L8-compliant legionella risk assessments for domestic water systems, covering both new installations and existing setups. Our assessments ensure your systems meet Health & Safety Executive requirements and safeguard against legionella risks.

With over 25 years of experience, our team has worked extensively with a variety of systems, including Carrier Moduline, Redlaw VAV, constant and variable flow configurations, as well as both conventional and PICV-controlled installations.
